Monday - submit weekly reports / alternate weeks travel to Eastern Cape. Tuesday - management meetings , presentation and discussion of reports , assessment of previous week and plan for following week. Attend to customer queries Wednesday - Friday customer visits ,new and existing. Attend to promotions , claims , sales , rep queries , rep assessments , customer queries . Assist admin with new accounts , debtors collection , negotiate pricing . Staff training and sales meetings on Fridays Some Saturdays , attend customer promo and marketing. Excellent rapport with co workers and management Enjoy negotiation and conclusion of national accounts and travelling . Challenge to thrive in predominantly Afrikaans speaking communities Enjoy travelling but miss home food Most challenging is incompetence both at management level and general staff , delinquent customers iro payment

From being a millwright to a shift supervisor is a great experience
It is a complete new experience to work with people who are reporting direct to me, who are depending on me for guidance and advises. To be more involve in a daily production target and carry out the preventative maintenance measures. Also to be part of the new projects done to up grade the standard of the company. The reason why I want to leave the company is because of the plant I'm working at is very hazardous and health threatening.

Daily meetings meetings with a team my SHEQ inspectors, Daily operations meetings, weekly management meetings, daily plant inspections, conducting bi- annual SHEQ internal audits, conduct incidence/non conformance investigations, developing corrective and preventive actions, support service to all departments on systems, policies and procedures development. Good working relationships and supporting leadership. Enjoy exposure to all aspects of the business. Challenge on implementation of changes due to varying degrees of competences, education and training.

Sharing experience
I have learned that there aret too many criminal syndicates which took place for long time more reviews can be discussed with the management of the company to make sure that all the information is accurate enough to determine whether or not they will participate in implementation of the risk management

Hate to work there and I don't wish going back to that company again. And the employer he doesn't care about the employees that work for him but himself and opportunities are not given equally to everyone who need it
