Employed but still searching

I am a 28 years old lady in the construction field with 4 years as Safety officer. I have knowledge of occupational health and safety Act, Safety Principles,Risk management and Personnel Qualities. I'm a team builder and I enjoy working with people and I'm easily spoken. I'm still willing to learn more in a company and get more knowledge with skills on how a company operates. I have Qualities in developing safety files, conducting toolbox meetings, induction,PPE issue and control, Identifying hazards and put measures.

Good learning curve

I have been doing well in the company finishing jobs before time but the money that I get is not good enough with for status. We are working at weekends and overtimes but the salary remain the same

Pros: not good opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working ours
