Excellent position for growth and improve management skills

I love working at DMC, this is one company that has taught me how to manage myself first to manage my work and people around me. I work in a very nice department where i have a great working relationship with my co-workers. What is challenging about my job is there is alot of pressure i have to make sure all my clients books perform and at the same time monitor that performance while there is Admin on the other hand. Yet i have learned to manage my time and get things done on time also to work under pressure.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Too much to be done in a short space of time yet we learn to manage time

My learning experience

i am a very hard worker and take pride in what i do , i learn fast and always have a smile on my face i am known to be a great source of motivation and excellent service .i currently would like to venture into new adventures and is very excited about it as i will be gaining new knowledge .i am very dedicated and have no problems with absenteeism.

Pros: More Knowledge
Cons: long hours
