Working 12 hour shifts, are responsible for 9 people working under my supervision. Have to ensure that all of them are working save and ensure that the area they are working are safe. Ensure that maintenance are done on equipment used in the plant. I have a good relationship with my team that makes us successful in achieving our targets. I have learnt the responsibility of how important it is to be interested in what im doing to be successful in my job. Im enjoying it to contribute to the company's success.

Rotten with politics

Company culture changed dramatically over the last five years, bringing politics and corruption along along with short sighted management. Excellent maintenance and production teams. Amazing logistics and world-class technical team. Was an honour working there, just too bad the leaders of the company is breaking this global leader in it's field

Struggle with people to maintain plant, good relations with co workers, enjoy making targets

I am a Production supervisor, responsible for ten people on my shift working in the plant. Need to see that everyone is working safe and produce the target set for the day. Also need to see that the maintenance has to be done on the equipment and the repair of it after hours if there is any failures, get the correct people to do the work properly. is responsible for the whole plant after hours and on weekend. Working 12 hours shifts.

Pros: Great oppertunity for promation
Cons: No promotions at current workplace
