Criminal company - Huge Learning Curve
DNAtel and DNA Optic Fibre are dreadful companies to work for, they spy on their employees. they have a green card system which if an employee bribes a government official they get R1000 some employees who have worked there for more than 4 years haven't had an increase. the company demotes their employees just to make a point that they are replaceable, during times when the labour department visit the company they send the employee on a goose chase around the city to make sure no one is in the office. they don't pay overtime at the correct rates and at times don't pay overtime at all, they encourage employees to use their WhatsApp on their work computers then screen grab anything that they can use to dismiss an employees ( in one case an employee was talking to a recruiter about getting another job - the company to a photo and gave the employee a final written warning, and the company employees illegal immigrants a labours because they cannot go to a union or ask the government for help.
Pros: You get to meet a lot of people , the come and go
Cons: No Increases, or bonuses ,
