I have learnt to be patient with people and also to be a great leader

I have learnt how to manage a group of different people as well as working under pressure because as a team leader the team I was responsible for had to meet targets . I am now also good at multitasking. I enjoy motivating people and the most pressurising part of my work was to persuade clients.

Pros: every friday we used to be compensated for good work done
Cons: if targets were not met we had to work overtime and not be paid for it

Great experience

Great company to work for. Vibrant atmosphere. Friendly people working at the company. Your hard work might help you make some money. The company has the ability to grow, only if management team work harder towards improving the image of the company

Challenging

It was quiet challenging because I had to work for 7-9 hours which was something I wasn't used too. Being that I just matriculated. It was a different environment for me, took me a day or two to adjust to the corporate life but I decided to leave because it was far and we weren't getting paid much. My Co workers are the best people to work with they make working long hours fun instead of boring and tiring

Pros: No promotions so far
Cons: Tiring
