I am actually completing my hon-ours degree in Industrial psychology. I am currently working from home i do data capturing for a doctor together with managing a delivery service.I love what i do because i am good at it i put all my effort and i work extra hours, i have an outgoing personality so i get along well with my manager. I am always on the go making business decisions and managing the work itself, so basically i am responsible for the entire work flow from data capturing to distribution of goods and managing drivers. I have learnt a great deal of responsibility and making business decisions and i have gained computer skills. I enjoy the working atmosphere it is relaxed but productive and successful.I have not experienced any challenges except that of balancing my academic studies and work itself however my work is always complete, on time and this will no longer be a problem because i have a few more weeks to complete my studies.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: increasing productivity by working extra hours
