Excelling Learning experience and exposure into the HR profession
The Internship programme exposed me to workplace dynamics such as diversity, employee relations, ethic, policies and an overall depiction of the HR function. Exposure to these factors gave me more insight into workplace realities and motivated me to always focus on finding solutions to improve work processes.
