I have over 9 years experience in the HR/Payroll field with a BCom HR Management degree.
Administer Organograms and Job Descriptions Coordinate wage negotiations (BCAWU & NUM) Manage Receptionist, Tea Lady & Driver Onboarding and Health & Safety induction of new employees Health & Safety Meetings & coordinate emergency evacuations Keep Health & Safety Appointments up to date after training has been completed Full function of recruitment (advertise, screen, shortlist, interview & draft employment contract) Assist line managers with discipline & dismissals Full function of weekly wages, monthly SA & Mozambique salaries (annual increases and bonuses) Full function of month end (leave provision, advances/loans, EMP201, provident fund, unions & garnishees) Provide employees with monthly payslips, annual IRP5’s and bi-annual provident fund statements Submit quarterly STATS SA reports
