Excellent company to work for

My colleagues are very friendly and family orientated people. When we work, we work hard and when we play, we play to enjoy it. The positive attitude of the staff is contagious. When performance appraisals are being conducted, the same positive attitude are carried forward in exploring areas of possible development. Everybody knows what is being expected if them, whether it is to work on your own, or as part of the team. There is no micro management taking place - employees are empowered to work on their own. Trust, honesty and integrity place a big role in our industry, as well as in our company. The workload sometimes gets to you - we do not have the luxury of additional people. When you are on leave, your planning better be in order, in order for your work not to get behind.
