What I learn at Dolphin Beach Hotel is work with people understand each other helping each other,If I don't now how to do something I must ask someone who can help me, I learn how to respect my colleagues, manager,my superviser to treat the guest in a good way show them respect, care and love so that they can come back again, if someone have a problem with other person I have to call that person aside and discus our problem if we don't have a solution we take it to the management then we are going to have a solution then we shake hands and start fresh,It was nice to be a team of Dolphin Beach Hotel.

Pros: There's a lot of opportunity of promotion if you are a hurd worker
Cons: yes there is a long working hours

Am willing to learn and I am a god learner

I like to communicate with someone who know more than me so that I can get more information yo her/him and I like to share views and the thing that I know its nice to work with a team because you get more experience from the others and I can work with my own with out supervises.

Pros: Work with with a team good attitude,I did get two promotion
Cons: When my coullige is sick maybe I can cover for her/him
