Learnt and managed alot of new departments of manufacturing

Really enjoyed the challenge to meet our targets and introduced new systems to increase productivity. Unfortunately the company downsized to 150 people and thereby I was retrenched or had the opportunity to stay for half the salary which I declined.

Pros: I could manage independently and increased my knowledge in new departments I was put in.

Never except failure

My strong points are that if it can be done it will be done No matter what typ of production i am running and the no of people under me I personally set standards created from my work standards that i set for ever production point Get staff on your side and positive thinking is a win win situation The problems that i face daily will be sorted out immediately
