Excellent learning curve

I really enjoy working at Donaldson Filtration Solutions because of the wonderful environment I work under. I love my co-workers, my supervisors and also our floor manager. Each and every day going to work for me is exciting because for me it doesn't feel like going to work at all!

Original equipment intern.I was doing internal work,administration,daily sales report

It is a big company with different divisions.i was in Original equipment.we were a group of 4 ,people and it was good , communication was not a barrier.sharing and helping one another was not a problem at all .I was their sales intern .I could b help with anything that was needed and I felt empowered because I could also do work for the executive board and that taught me to be focused and careful with what ever I was doing

Cons: 8-5 working hours

Great opportunity to learn

I was a great learning opportunity and a great working environment. I had a good relationship with coworkers . The challenges that I faced was when working with people who take time to finish their tasks
