Excellent learning curve and experience

All aspects of property related administration undertaken. Place advertisements on Gum Tree and other sites for rental/sale of residential properties. Excellent rapport with my co-workers Have learnt a lot about the property business, and enjoy helping and assisting clients and my co-workers especially with computer related problems they may have. My most challenging aspect of the job is calming down an upset or irate client and restoring calm to the office

Pros: Opportunity for me to be promoted as the Rental Manager
Cons: Salary very minimal
