I enjoy my work ,but not satisfied wit salary.

Work hard to get good results for company growth,I have good relationship with customers because Iisten to them carefully and taking necessarry steps to ensure that they are satisfied.I have a great interpersonal skills and I am passionate about providing exellent customer service, I value putting clients first .Lastly I am a teamplayer connect very good with collegues.

Had an excellent work done

working with bereaved families its a very big challenge.its a funeral industry where you have to be oatient and symphatise with the family.working with co-workers its a challenge and team spirit.taking care of the deceased and how to deal with the bereaved families.i enjoy arranging funerals and meet the expectations of the clients. most challengingaspects when dealing with people who cried a lot ,its really challenging.

Pros: being promoted from being funeral service clerk to arranging branch manager.
Cons: working at the cemetery,long hours.
