We was working as a team ,our work inviromnent is good we respect each n every one idea ,what I learn is working with people it make you thing deeply and thinking of new ideas ,listening to client need and make sure I meet all their need remember client are always right .every day we meet in de office for a motivation before we go into the field our iam is to get the client to sign de deal and become our member we make sure once I client sign we make a follow up asking whether the client is still happy for our service or not .

Great within team environment

My job was to look for clients who whats policy. But i didnt just wait for clients to come and require I was going out doing home to home I also use my social media to get clients. facebook , and WhatsApp In the office all the sales representative is allowed to answer incoming call, help with payments, sells tombstone, coffin and flowers to clients During the week when the family come for viewing, we aloso help with the viewing I have learned that smile is the most powerful thing that u need to use more especially a sales person We need to approach a client with a smile first before we get to business I have Microsoft office skill Knowledgeable skill Good communication Clients service Great within team environment

Excellent experience

As a young lady I had experience a lot meeting with new people and build up some new friendship as I usually meet people each and very month. What was so challenging to me I would say as I was new in the field during busiest day am turn to some thing I don't know either but what I like I never forget my job I'm hired for I put customer service first and as I believe in that customer needs come first from my owns.

Pros: relocation in extra time to assist in branches
Cons: weekend
