Experience seeker

i am a vital team player and also have a leadership quality that put' s me infront all the time. i am also the moste fastes learner and i also bring my own energy to the environment. i am in charge of various components in my company where i work with people put in orders and council clients and i also do operations. i am the youngest at the office and my willingness to learn the trade makes my vulnerable for them to miss use me. i handle pressure well and meet deathlines and targets i also put pressure on my peers when working in a team effort to always achieve the outmost best.

Good beginners job

2 weeks of the month, very quite and bored out of my mind. Other 2 weeks of the month, it's like black friday, as clients come to pay policies, especially the elderly. I also use this time to cross-sell new policies as I get commission on policy sales if targets are met. Only 2 the branch and we (ladies) work well together. I've learned a lot regarding funeral industry and also thought myself alot on how to handle certain situation and even the planning of a funeral. I enjoy interacting with clients, bereave family or any one that walks into the branch. Challenging aspects of this job, limited availability of stock and promotional items and not very stimulating, have to keep myself busy, with policy marketing and making more clients aware of Doves.

Pros: Not a very stressfull position
Cons: Not very stimulating and low income

Good learning curve no growth

doves is a good company how ever there is no place for growth as inside staff are not given a though as to filling higher positions, then there are employees that are earning high and lack the experience thereof
