Excellent learning curve

I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt how to be patient in all this time as we are different. I grew a lot in this position as I started out when I was still very young at heart. I enjoy the communication with staff on all levels. The most challenging aspects in this position is the amount of calls received when salary advices are uploaded and employees do not understand the concept of Cost to company. I have learned with lots of guidance to explain to employees and how to draw pictures for them on a level they understand.

Pros: Always something new happening and keep on your toes
Cons: Unhappy with the current working environment

Excellent learning curve

I get along very well with my colleagues. I have learnt to be patient as we are all different individuals. I have learnt to be more understanding as when I started out in this position I was very young and inexperienced. the most challenging aspect of this position is explaining to employees what their salary advise entails on all different levels. I also enjoy the communication to staff on all levels as you get to broaden your aspects and views.

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day at my current company is always busy. There is never a day where I can sit back and not do anything. I am constantly busy. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. When it comes to work it is sometimes difficult to get them to co-operate and do their work. I have learnt how to work with a lot of people as a team. I have learnt new Excel skills and communication skills. I enjoy most to work with my current team. I can't bring out my full potential in this current position. I would like to work with VAT and trial balances. The most challenging aspect of my job is to make sure that all payments and receipts are cleared off the bank and that debtors and creditors do their work accurately. I would love to learn more and get promoted to work in the finance department. I want to work with financial statements and that sort of thing.

Organised

Not a good company to work for. The salary is very degrading and the management is not very supportive. Management only care about money and not the employees.

Excellent Colleague who works with anybody, as long as the work done.

I am a very quick/fast learner as it will be the fist time in hotel industry. i have gained a lot by working in different industries in terms of working with people, in terms of transparency, honesty, integrity. decision making and problem solving etc. the most task i enjoy is to motivate staff when doing a toolbox talk where they enjoy working environment and ended up study further in terms of health and safety to ensure a healthy balanced life in a workplace and to the company's valuable clients. I can face any challenge in terms of work related issues where i implement, investigate, report incidents and do audit etc...Thank u.

Pros: great opportunity in future in terms of promotion aspects.
Cons: work long hours, weekends or public holiday when needed.

Studying hr management

Attending day to day walk in client and their queries, I do the filing and administration work. Assisting the managers with the daily reports. Receiving payments for policies and perform banking on daily basis. Attending to the switchboard calls taking minutes in meetings.

Pros: No room for growth
Cons: Long working hours with no overtime

I am in a cashbook department, before i was working at the reception.

I have been with the company for 10 years, and i have been promoted 5 times. I have learnt alot and my work always speak for itself. I bring to your company excellence, anctuality and extra ordinary work.

Pros: I have been promoted 5 times, and i have learnt alot from both management and colleagues.
Cons: Nothing at all.
