In my everyday job i face challenges as before the start of any job I have to ensue my collegues follow safety steps in ensuring they identify their hazards around them. I enjoy working with people and learning from them, I love extending my growth an not restricting myself. I enjoy mostly about work is the people learning about diffrent ppl each day an helping them to make working conditions comfortable and ensuring they go home to their families everyday.

Pros: Always room for improvement, show appreciation when it's due, understanding people to talk to
Cons: Shift work, 1 hour drive from home

Room for growth

I enjoy working with people learning diffrent views and learning from my collegues enjoy my job in ensuring they get go home to their families. Each day one faces safety challenges but working togeather with the employees to find out what makes working conditions more comfortable to work in helps us face these challenges

Pros: Good u understanding wit leadership, room for improvement
Cons: Shift work, far from home

I have learnt alot from this previous company,and would like to learn more things.

I have worked in my previous company for 4 years. I have worked shifts and from Monday to Friday, weekends were optional for me. I have made quite a lot of friends and been told that I am very friendly but know when there is a time to work and a time to play. I have learnt a lot of things while working for my previous company. I have known how to operate the machines that we used and found out quite a lot of things that got to do with our industry. I enjoyed my job especially the product part of it such as making the combine and the packaging part. the most challenging aspects of the job was when the combine product was not ready and it would fail, that was one of the harder aspects of the job, which means that it would be tested once we thought it was ready to be packaged and if the product failed then we had to add more of what we use to make the combine product and mix it through.

Pros: There was always an option on what we wanted to do.
Cons: We had to make sure our work was completed or that our next shift was there to take over or complete work.
