To do best where company and myself would benefit to grow. to do all work done in time and when leaving i must feel i've earned my salary Co- workers being respectful towards them and assist if there is help needed, to stay on there level, respect there time, and use effective communications. i've learned that there will always be an interruption list and to overcome it and make the best of it, changes is done to benefit the company need's. Knowing that i took my time and spend it at a company where my family would benefit.To achieve my goal, being humble and proud. To be happy and enjoy working. When you had to calm and unhappy debtor, or tracing on debtor . when new works come and and all as to be worked at once or certain time, what i do i break it up to the one that need the most attention and work my wat down

Pros: newfound sense of satifaction, increased income. a chance to pursue advance degrees
Cons: long working hours, potential alienation from colleagues

Telephone experience

debt collecting, inbound calls and outbound calls, persuading customers to pay the accounts, arranging debit orders, making ptps for customers, give advice on how to pay their accounts.

Pros: proffessionalism
Cons: straight shifts 08h00 to 16h30
