Monitoring and evaluation

our company consists of 14 outcomes, evaluations and knowledge,operation phakisa .i learn so much about administration and evaluation. i obtained a good relationship with junior and senior members.ibhave contributed so much to their working environment. i have the ability to prioritise. i have the ability to work under pressure.

Pros: great opportunity to learn extremely about monitoring and evaluating national department
Cons: i was working 40 hours per week
