Dra Mineral Projects Reviews

Always willing to learn new things

In 2012 I joined DRA as a Junior Document Controller. I came to the company after working as a Legal Administrator for almost 7 years. My responsibilities range from data capturing, administrative duties, filing, scanning, to document management of drawings, procedures, procurement and vendor documentation, QC databooks and other records of exiting documentation on the project. I have always been a great team player and interacts and communicate well with parties concerned.

Pros: To Grow in the company
Cons: To work on weekends

Driven for results

- A typical work day is round 9 to 12 hours, with expectations of working from home and over the weekends to meet short timelines - Your relationship with co-workers, is not encouraged as we are deadline orientated and there no time. - What you have learnt, to deal with work related stress and being motivated to always be on top form. - What you enjoy most, the steep learning curve and the daily challengers - The most challenging aspects of the job, the deadlines

Pros: great opportunity to learn and to cover a large variety of skills sets
Cons: long working hours, high expectations for the general managers
