Electrical Engineering Diploma

I possessed knowledge and skills at the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform. With the relevant experience that I gained on the period that I worked as a State Land Officer and with experience of what I am currently doing Administrative Officer (Property Holdings). I believe in myself and I am a hard worker who likes challenges. I adapt very well to any situation and any pressure. I am a quick learner who can independently and fit well on team working assignment. The job I am applying for is a good opportunity for me to work actively and productively in my field of expertise and apply my skills. My aim is to make a difference in my work-place through my contribution and to touch the lives of my co-workers through my positive attitude. I am a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills.

I am a qualified electrical engineering

I am working for DRDLR as and Admin Officer (Property Holdings), I serve in as Asset Management and State Property in the Western Cape . I am in a possession of a recognised Matric Senior Certificate and National Diploma in Electrical Engineering; Light Current (Communication Electronics) graduated at Cape Peninsula University of Technology 2006. Also I have a valid code 8 driver’s license. I worked for Philips Medical Systems for 12 Months as a Trainee Electrical Engineering; Light Current. I am currently working as an Administrative Officer (Property Holdings) in State Land Administration for the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform, Western Cape Provincial Office. Also have worked as the State Land Officer and State Land Auditor – Field Worker in the same Department, previous know as Land Affairs in Western Cape Province

Pros: I was promoted toe higher level
Cons: I work long hours when I am not in the office, depending on the job I can go till 10 pm

I have learnt how the budget is split from Parlament to Provinces and source documents used.

I work as a State Accountant in the payment section and I have to meet deadlines as per my agreement with my supervisor. Payments that are handed over to me for processing are registered on the payment register and I have to finalize them within two days as stated on my performance agreement. I have learnt a how the budget projections are being compiled and aligned with DMP'S (Demand management plan).The relationship with fellow workers is strictly professional. I enjoy doing the Budget virements in the beginning of the financial year for our Client offices. The most challenges is when there are deviations on the budget and we have to motivate why the CFO should approve the deviation.

Pros: There are no promotion opportunities as the Department is retrenching
Cons: I work from 8 to 4 depending on the workload

The experience was great learning mere about the tomatoes, pepper and butternut.

we work as individuals to measure the performance in tunnels and as a team to pursue the goals of the company producing peppers and tomatoes in tunnels and butternut on the open field. being an agricultural graduate to gain and share my experience.

Pros: to get experience to be marketable in future
Cons: the hours are sometimes long as demanded be the activities in the farm. they are manageable we get different challenges.
