Excellent Learning Curve

A typical working day is answering the phone and checking emails to make appointments for clients as well as doing stock take and receiving stock. Also speaking to clients face to face to book appointments. I work well with all my co-workers. I also assist them with things that they do not know about. or teach them new things. I also train our casual receptionist with the process of things and how to work our computer programme. I have learnt that working with different people can be very difficult as most people have different views on things but the biggest learning curve is how I deal with working with these different people. I enjoy pulling reports and doing paperwork. The most challenging aspect of this job is dealing with client complaints. This has taught me how to deal with really angry clients. How to calm them down and help them understand however again as a learning curve it has helped for when dealing with another complaint and how to deal with it better each and every time.

Place was good and the employer was good

The salon was nice and neat the employer was good and friendly I want to product traning learned a lot about the product and gain lot of experience about they products and I had good time working there the staff we where friendly with team spirit and time keeper all the time... I also learned about how to treat a client and how to kown client needs and listen to a client how to deal with a complain client know how to claim her down and listen it was I enjoy working with people and making them feel welcome and special loved once they entered into the Salon give them a good smile and and good treatment that what love the most I hurt with its not busy or making follow up phone calls than a client Hang up the phone on your ear it's so bad Thats all my review

Experience

Working with dream nails was a great opportunity because I've gained my experience in beauty and my colleagues were great it also thought me good interactions with people.The most boring thing about the company is because its retail hours.I enjoy it because of the beauty industries but Im not a sales person I was not born to sell.

Excellent leaning curve, not a busy workplace. Good relationship with co-workers

Good learning place but it might be challenging at times because you are responsible for everything at the store and you held accountable for everything that mighy happe Because we're not paid on commission relationships with the co-workers is good
