I have learnt to communicate with clients in consultation , improved my listing skills.

i enjoy working with everyone at my current company , we a have a good working relationship , i helpful and polites at all times. i have learnt to communicate with clients in consultation , improved my listing skills. i order stationery , look after mentainance and look after the cleaning staff members as some of them are not well educated therefore i help in every way i can to make sure that they are as happy with their working conditions. i enjoy the decease estate project , as i am get the opportunity to sit with the spouse and family and explaining the process of the adminsitration of the estate , as such i also devoloped trusting relationship with families as such , my client is paid and estates are finilised the challenge is when the property is reposessed , being unable to assist the families. or not meeting our clients service level agreement due to be conciderates.

Pros: i would like to work for a company to would offer me an opportunity to grow - to be able to forsee growth for others in the company - eg moving a cleaner to a next level, offering responsibilities to staff members that can enrich them.
Cons: i can work long hours where necessary.

Excellent Learning Curve

On a typical day, I would be the first one to arrive at work, just to get a head start by preparing court documents, the at was when I had just started working there, but as I grew and my position was still the same but had more duties then, I would respond to emails that were sent to me after office hours prepare clients reports based on the progress that was made from the past week, and make sure that all document that needs to be sent to advocates and the court are placed where messengers usually pick them up. I have learned to manage my time better especially when it comes to making the client happy, by submitting reports on time, do my work at the same time as I'm instructed, and not forgetting about the other work that needs to be done.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
