I was given great experience and learned a lot.

I work under pressure, mostly work directly with clients (students ), i work well with my colleagues we form a good team, i enjoy making sure that everything run smooth and clients are happy, each and everyday i learn new things, The most challenging aspect is when clients (students) don't take their education serious interms of filling in of forms, that will determine them writing exam.

Pros: Promotion would be a great opportunity

Great learning experience

A lot of training and skills training! The company has a lot of development and a chance to study further, an opportunity to be trained as moderators and assesses.
