Work day busy. Get on with everyone, to be positive and meet my goals. Meeting people and having a productive day. Going to the mills and working with the foreman's and bring productive

Pros: Being able to run the company on my own
Cons: Worked long hours and called put at 2 in the mornings when the mills had a breakdown
