I learned alot from this job... i learned to know what is teamleader and to know what is important
I am a hard worker.. i believe in learning something new everyday, i love to interact with others. I believe that the greatest achievement is to allow others to teach you. I love office work and just computer and focusing on one thing . Basically i love to do things on my own and show my talent. I am goal oriented and also allow myself to grow to whatever opportunity i see or get. I have to see my grow with different type of Relations. I get along with everyone. I believe in working together and finding solution to whatever is needed . I know when to ask for help and i love working in pressure.. i can work for myself for hours and get lost in my work. My challenges are getting bored and not having anything to do

Frequently learning to adapt
In an environment that requires adapting to customer response, honesty and customer retention is highly recommended. You frequently learn more about the ongoing whether it is Technology or Marketing aspects you are introduced to an educational yet experiencing field. A script is given to follow but you are allowed to express yourself professionally to keep customers satisfied. Great staff and management, who actually make you feel wanted. One has to take responsibility for the ongoing support and selling errors so we all have a smile at the end of the day.

Excellent learning facility
In my review I would say that my current employment taught me lot of things such as how individuals should behave in an organization also on how to be a team player. As the results of being team it develop a good relationship with co-workers. Mostly I enjoy debate with my co-workers because I get to know how others think with regards to our current job. The most challenging aspects of my current job is to deal with irate client, however at the end I need make sure that I provide customer satisfaction.

No room for growth in the company
We deal with customer daily stress and non stressful. A typical day at work is getting good and bad reviews on your job. WE learnt that nothing is personal keep it professional. I enjoy my colleges we keep each other at bay. Is to stay focus and not let some customers get to you.

My Day
My day starts off with confirming my appointments for the day,answering emails, etc. Then out into the market to cold call and canvas new client. Attend to my appointments and finish off with some admin work. Although each day is slightly different the goal is always there to find new and sustaining business.

It's good for a stepping stone.
The company i work for ,not wevery one gets a promotion, people get promoted 3 times in 6 months simply bbecause they are friends with the big bosses, so hence why i say growth for for certain people. Not to mention, salaries.... that's a story for another day.

Excellent learning Curve
We place orders for the public telephonic ally and then send the orders to the relevant areas. we also track orders as well as cancel or amend orders.
Pros: Gained lots of customer services experience.
