Excellent Learning Curve

I read a lot of research proposals, Get data and try to perform those analysis in the proposal, under guidance of a mentor. conferences and where researchers discuss their work and give each other inputs . I work mostly with PHD and Masters student and the working environment is very challenging and spend most in the office, sometimes by the time I glance my watch the day is over. I learnt so much from my mentor and co-workers and now I understand the importance of math and physical sciences. I see the need of researchers and scientists in Africa as this will help in developing our country.

Excellent working environment and skills development centre

Working for the company is exciting, and challenging. Team work is always promoted. Assisting with admin and research expose interns to research conducting strategies and methods. we support one another like a family. reaching targets on due time without putting much pressure on ourselves. Implementation of various computer programmed data using MS OFFICES AND LA TEX FOR RESEARCH DATA.

Cons: normal working hours
