An opportunity of growth

Since I started working at DSV Road is to pay attention to details and make sure that there is two way communication. My relationship with my co-workers is very good, the reason I am saying that is because for the work to be done we have to work with each other.What I enjoy doing is sorting out problems that we may encounter and as well as making sure that the client is happy of the serve we provide. Most challenging aspect is making both client and transporter happy.

An opportunity of growth

Excellent listening skills

I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same. I pride myself on my ability to recognize and articulate a distinct voice for every project. In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to the matters of the job. On the some interesting note; the manner of which I got my customer service job (with no experience), was that a group of us were called in to ‘help’ at the company and because I paid attention to the need that was there I asked to know the system and their product, with that I excelled at it and was officially offered the job. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as possible. Last but certainly not least, I want you to know that I’m very much interested in what you have to offer as it would be a great step in my career. I am so excited to see this vision becoming a reality.

Learning opportunity

Ability to work independently and also with a team and have common goal and reach. Better my excel skills due daily reports. Extremely sensitive clients and goods.
