No advance opportunity at current work -looking to advance myself.

my work day consists of international communication with POl agents on import documentation / queries ,arranging import docs for the dept or to other CNF agents. I have good relations with my co-workers but my priority is work then chit chat .. different environment -mind set of people -different management thinking .i noted there is no passion for the industry-too many clock watchers . The social aspect - not great ,challengers -trying to get management to use common sense and simplify working systems and make it user friendly . everything is IT now days ...

Pros: i like to be GM one day
Cons: no -but need to work overtime to a fresh days start -sometimes

Excellent company to work for

It is very nice to work for this company am working for currently but there no more growth for me anymore.The relationship i have with my colleauges its very health as am an easy person to work with,i enjoy the fact the 95% of the drivers knows me very well as we have a good me and them as a leader i make sure they treated very well with in the company as they are the ones who does the job when it comes to servicing our client they love me very much.

Pros: Great company to work as it is more diversed
Cons: No more growth for me
