Great company to work for.

A day starts with communication with staff about the figures and a plan for the day. Daily admin checks follows while the staff checks in stock and steams it then merchandising of stock and attending to customers. A good relationship with co-workers is important as this helps in getting the work done in time. Knowing that they are different and showing respect for their beliefs is key. Weekly or monthly staff meetingshelp a lot in that regard. I've learned that hard work really pays off. Have boundaries with the relationships you have with staff. I really enjoyed merchandising the stock and trying out different looks every week. Challenging staff to do better and reaching their targets. Consolidating admin and monthly checks. Dealing with difficult customers

Pros: Lots of learning opportunities.
Cons: No weekends off

Excellent commutation skills,pay attention to detail,hard worker

I work in an environment that has daily challenges that needs a person that is self driven and that ,i have an excellent relationship with my colleagues we have build ourselves a strong bond and we work to achieve at all times,ive learned to be more attentive in everything i do and also being a leader i am today is because of the relationship i keep with my and ive learned to caretake and take charge in my field of work,i enjoy new challenges focusing and learning something new excites me most,

My work experience at Duesouth

Every day we serve customers greet every customer that comes in store we help them with everything that they need. We work great as a team. I have learned how to work on a POS system. You meet new people every day. You get nice customers and you get customers that's not so nice but my job is to keep them satisfied. The most challenging aspect is when you get rude and difficult customers and you have to keep your cool even if it means they embarrass you.

Pros: Alot of people leave retail for their own reasons so there is always place for promotions
Cons: You are standing whole day on your feet and the hours is very long for not a lot of money

I love working with people meeting deferent and deficult customers.for me it is a challenge,solving a customer complaints its a bonus ,and managing staff that will give you a challenge its quite exciting .

Excellent in learning to socialize

I could work for many years where I am currently situated but with this kind of amount per month i can't provide. nonetheless the experience is great i love working with people (customers) there's no day i regret
