Low stress position, little influence in overall HR matters,
Query handling, Payroll administration new appointments terminations Industrial Relations including disciplinary matters and performance management Performance Appraisals Process and Procedure HR Policies and Procedures reviews and putting new P&P in place Employment Equity Management Recruitment and Selection Psychometric Assessments for Recruitment Challenging Manager and incompetent Line Managers. Most people are employed with very little skills. I enjoy teaching and doing workshops to train Line on EE, Recruitment, Performance Management and Disciplinary action. Very little empowerment from where I sit, little influence and not full use of my skill sets. was a challenge to get a proper HR system in place at the relevant BU, employees not properly trained and qualified for positions in HR, little insight into HR related work, payroll, HR administration and general HR rules.
Pros: New environment and industry, new way of management which is good to see and learn from, work hours are flexibile
Cons: salary is low, no bonus, no increases, no empowerment

I have learnt a lot during my working hours
It is very nice to work at my current company and ever since i started working here i have learnt a lot of things, we have a very good relationship with the fellow colleagues and what i enjoy the most is that we assist each other and work as a team. The most challenging aspects is when i have to do something for the first time but i like it because i like to learn everyday i go to work so that i can excel on my job.

Very different to previous exposure, learning from it
Working hours are good Management in CT is acceptable people and teams are friendly HR as a department is supported own time and space work independently and in a team

Don't be fooled
Very diverse company in terms of people. You gain a lot of experience dealing with different types of people at different levels in the organisation. The CEO is a wise man and you can learn a lot from him. However (and sadly), the expectations for the staff are very high and demanding, yet the staff are not rewarded or recognised in any way for going the extra mile. It is a company with great potential, but the question is when will the time finally arrive for them to reach it?

Excellent learning curve
A day at the company is a busy one from the start ,working with a great team in all levels and learning spot at the same time from people of different positions in the company.I have learnt to work under pressure and also to always go an extra mile in my work .

Academically and professionally well trained with a sound track record of service delivery.
I have an exceptionally good relationship with all employees across all levels at my current employer. I have learnt the skill of embracing diversity, acceptance and tolerance over the period I am working. This makes it interesting to wake up and look forward for the day.

Data modeling ,office professionalism, teamwork
learned to concentrate much on detail and concentrate much on what's needed, be able to build a good relationship with colleagues. enjoy leaning each day and come with a new way of doing things, love the change of technology as well as it enhances the faster way of doing my work. the most challenging aspect is when working with people who don't know the kind of effort I must put in on what I do, and the time needed

Accounts Clerk
I am self-motivated, hardworking individual who is assertive, polite, determined and soft spoken. I am able to easily adapt to any environment. I am friendly, patient and I enjoy working in a team and as well working with high volume of work load. I am good communicator with colleagues and clients alike. I possess excellent administrator, planning, organizing and problem solving as well as excellent telephone etiquette and I'm customer driven and l also have good excel skills. I would love to pursue career in Accounting and Bookkeeping (Finance department) and i was promoted from Prepayment clerk to and intermediate invoicing clerk because of the hardworking.
