Excellent quality production

We are visionary, enthusiastic and empathetic candidate to this position. We enhance the company’s excellence while at the same time ensuring its production merits. We are able to function under pressure and adhere to deadlines, with goal orientated. I maintain product consistency throughout product cycle, to include design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing. We are responsible and accountable of flagging the timing of interdepartmental deliverables and the quality of their output. I anticipate program release problems and take corrective action, escalating as needed to resolve and archive commitments. I make sure of quality assurance team lead including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career development implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams. We also provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed working at Dunlop express. I became mechanically involved in car repairs, selling vehicle parts and learning the responsibilities of a business concern. The staff were obedient and willing to listen and committed to specified jobs. I also learnt to perform secretarial and customer satisfaction duties. This I believe added to my responsibilities aswell as developing as an individual. My employer was fair and obliging and If a dispute arose he attended to it maturely without prejudice. The work times were normal business hours .I.e 8am -5pm. Initially I needed to to learn about people across different ethnicities and handle each one in their own capacity to gain trust and reliability as a sales manager. While I'm qualified in IT ....this new field of career enabled me to grow and uphold an authority with positive impacts on my co-workers and the business.

Pros: Great opportunity to develop client service and gain business ethics
Cons: Stock control is tough due to spare parts being various in each category
