Excellent learning curve

I have learn many things at duram which I didn’t know. We have the great relationship with co workers and we always work together. A normal day is busy . I enjoy working night shift. The most challenging aspects of the job is to make decisions more especially on night shift.

Grate experience

Almost everyday is busy, there's always pressure. We all work well with each other and communicate. I have learn a lot but mostly the importance of communication. I enjoy meeting the deadlines early. the most challenging aspect is the short period of doing production but we manage as a team.
