Average

It is a shipping company which has clients such as maersk ,cma and Hamburg Sud . It has 3 departments which are also divided within those 3 departments . I was in the technical side which is reefer technician . My duty was to perfperform service by repairing mechanical and electrical side of the reefer container . The company was using the currency of dollars but being in south africa we were paid in rands . The management staff was not as professional as they were supposed to be .

Pros: Poor growth in the company
Cons: Long hours

Poor

Not what I expected, was lied to in my interview about company perks and salary increase, I recieved nothing in the time that I have worked there. I really expected more out of this company.

Cons: Work without getting paid.
