Operate and Manage the company and live out my experience

I work as if the company is mine. I quote and plan my work to ensure on-time deliveries and quality products leave the factory. I am hand on and share my experience with co-workers to ensure work is done as per requirements. I appreciate work well done and so communicate it to the specific individual by thanking him/her for job well done and give feedback on customer comments. The most challenging aspect is to keep people motivated during these difficult times.

Pros: I am in a secure and stable environment where i am trusted with the decision making on behave of the company
Cons: We are relying on the mining industry on the bulk of our work.
