I like a challenge, even if it means working on multiple projects at the same time.

A typical work day: I am part of user support, but i only attend to issues that first line of support cannot resolve. I am also part of a development team where we maintain the current system. I also help upload content onto the Learning Management System. Your relationship with co-workers: I am soft spoken, but i also know how to stand for what i believe and ensure that i communicate it accordingly. What you have learnt:Not to assume things and always do a followup What you enjoy most:Being a subject matter expert. Exposure to how business thinks and how technical people also think. The most challenging aspects of the job: Unreasonable timelines, but we ensure that we always deliver even if it means we have to work on weekends.

Growth

its a normal 8 to 5 job . We work in an agile environment so communication is key . We gealong very well with my colleagues , there is team work , winning team spirit and knowlegde sharing . I learnt to work in different clients places , java scripts , coding and a business analysis . I enjoy finding defects and logging them against a developer . deadlines are the most challenging .

Review

am hard working with the capacity to learn, adapt and evolve. I meet all challenges and resolve them to the best of my ability. I take pride in what I do and am able to work as an individual or in a team which is one of my strengths. I will be a valuable addition to this organisation because I am a dedicated, diligent and experienced individual who can "think out the box".

I consider myself to be efficient and effective in my work both as a team player and in an individual setting. Learning Curve

In my short work history I have had the privilege to work in environments where I had the opportunity to build amazing knowledge and skillsets. I enjoy working in a team and solving business problems. Some of the environments have provided me with upskilling in problem-solving and business etiquette. I am deadline Orientated in a manual testing environment with recent Automation experience. I love discovering errors, resolving defects and ensuring client expectations are met with focus on Quality I can collaborate with developers and Project manager/ Scrum master with ease. My Skills as a tester is enhanced by my experience in a programming. I have moved to a testing role as that is where my passion lies • I have attended the International Summer School Innovation and Creativity for Life, where we were solving business problems. • I have worked as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, manually and automatically testing software

Not fair learning curve

the challenge is the low salary which is way below market, non flexible work days, I enjoy the opportunity of joining technology inclined companies for growth and the people I get to meet. I have learnt that self growth is the key to success also how to survive in different environments.

Excellent learning curve

It is challenging to work at DVT. The reason being, it is a company that offers managed services to other large corporates. So, one gets to do consulting work at the corporates. The good part is that it offers services in different industries so one has a chance of exposure to the industries. I think it is one of the attractive factor about it. It offers training for qualifications too. The team I work with has been amazing in that we work as a unit and always there to assist be it with workload or information.
