Good morning sir/madam i am a 27 years old male ,hard working and i am always willing to learn new things .i am working at dynachem chemical manufactures as a lab/quality assistant and i am apply for the top mention job.i have have one year experience in the laboratory and in that one year my duties include:designing and printing of COA, designing and printing of swap report, designing and printing of trem cards , handling customer complains, completion of CAR form, research and development, product compliance, dealing with non conformance products testing of raw material, and finished product,calibration of equipment,random quality checks in production area ,preparation of samples,assisting blenders , and doing swaps.i am a fast learner and i am very flexible.please do consider me for this position as i believe i am fit for it. i have attached my CV.

Learning curve

My company is like lowest paid ive ever worked at but these days you cant just give up , i thought that il have beter chance at working myself up but here i dont see that ...

A day at Dynachem

A stable company to work for. If you enjoy being micromanaged and not being able to make decisions then this is the place for you. Conflict in senior management is rife which does not help with the culture of the organization. Everyone is so busy trying to protect their job that they loose focus on what they are there

Cons: Micro management, staff cannot make their own decisions
