Excellent making different products on a dailly basis

the most i like to work in this company is to share some ideas with my team/ senior managers, working as a team is the greatest thing i like, taking our job seriously it also lovely, attending customers as soon as they arrives and show friendship and kindness is our first priorities in my company. I also learnt to be patient and focus on my duty. I also enjoy to have staff meeting where we sharing some ideas and planning for the company future. The most challenging aspects of the job is to managing staff and materials where some workers coming late or misusing lunch time and that the time i have to play my roll as a supervisor where by i must charge that person/ people accordingly.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning experience

I have grown in this company for the past 14 years from an operator to maintenance planner to engineering buyer and storeman. I have extensive knowledge in procuring the correct part at the correct price. I have also built up a good relationship with our preffered suppliers. I have built up a good working relationship with the fellow employees and managers within the company and earned the respect. I really enjoy my job and the given tasks in locating and sourcing out the required spares etc...

Pros: very stable company
Cons: poor planning in terms of obtaining spares
