Excellent learning curve

I have experienced multiple things while working at the company. My typical work day includes doing admin work, data capturing, book keeping and quality management. My relationships with my colleagues are great yet trust amongst them may be an issue. I've learnt to work with people i don't necessarily like, and I've learnt to avoid confrontation in order to keep peace. What I have enjoyed the most about working at the company is that I am capable of managing my time to achieve the most in the limited working hours and that i have acquired skills that will take me far in the future. The most challenging aspects of the job is being ridiculed by seniors and colleagues and having to realise that no matter what, you are capable of achieving great things.

Just love the cause and to help people who are less fortunate and who really need help.

Feels good helping those in need. Always alot to learn and alot to do. Love working within a team and can get along with anyone. Working with a awesome group of ladies. Challenging part is donations, when we have a even I have to call for all donations needed. Typical work day will be calling whole day long trying to make a difference, getting people to help those in need, also upgraded sponsors donations and calling in regards with debits not going through, also calling dormant sponsorships to reactivate it.

Pros: Reliable and trust worthy
Cons: Long hours and little pay
