Excellent learning curve and self development
Learnt people management, Leadership, Company Business, Team work, Problem Solving and Attaining Production Targets. I studied part time through company tuition refund programme and I attained B.Tech in Operations Management. This motivated others to study further and the company benefited a great deal. Most employees could then understand the company business better.
Pros: With dedication at work and good working relations and ethics resulted in getting promoted from Quality Control Inspector to Production Team Leader. With zeal and enthusiasm I got into an Apprenticeship programme as an Electrician.
Cons: Long working hours that one has to put in to set up for start up and leave late to prepare for the following day. But all that became second nature and it paid off.
