Practical Training experience

I work in a good company where you meet with good people,people who like to share their experiences in the working field.I work for 5 days,I enjoy to work in their environment,I have a good relationship with everyone in working environment.They are approachable they are not difficult with anyone.I enjoy overhaul the diesel engines and test them.The challenge I came across was to detect the faults/defects on the engine,the engine was misfiring and we do all the mechanical checks we couldn't recognize the problem,all to find out the it was an electrical problem and we sort it out with the motor electricians.I also enjoyed that (troubleshooting)

Pros: I am still new at the company but i can foresee that great promotion are on the way
Cons: I work for 45 hour per week

Excellent learning curve

Each work day is different to the next. Workers foster a good mutual relationships with one another. There are so many things to learn while at work that you can take with you in life. Enjoyment is when work places are buzzing with dialect between colleagues.

Pros: Good opportunity for learning
Cons: promotion procedures

Excellent

It was so nice to work there i learn too many thing like how to treat costumes because everyday i was transporting different people from one place to another. & have strong heart every time . I enjoy to work too much monday to friday even weekend but sometimes
