Quantity surveying and project management skills.

I have national diploma in Building and B-Tech in Quantity surveying, I was a project manager at Tsentse manufacturing and I am currently a project manager at Halifax group. I do pricing and payment certificates and also programme of work and cash flow projection. I am a team player and work well with my colleagues. I like both site and office work as I gain more experience on site. I preface doing a montly report rather a weekly report , it is much easier to prepare a report montly.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.

Intelligent boy

I'm willing to work according the my supervisor said or my leader said because it can make our products look good As I said because if am willing to do the things as my mind said it can cost the company in trouble To work hard is the best way in the company because company can earn something

Healthy working environment pushes production

Team work is very important to me, we work together and grow together, teaching and learning each day on the job, passion plays a very important role in dady to day activities. I enjoy working with positive people that motivate one another, I love construction, it keeps me going

Pros: I get to be hands on, learn more on other trades
Cons: Being unfairly treaty because I am a young woman but that keeps me Going
