Providing direct service to customers (laundry services) both individuals and commercial can be demanding but enjoyable if you are a people's person, understand customer needs and most of all knowing that the customer is right (rectify where necessary). SWOT: STRENGTHS - Implementing my marketing skill, having trained staff, using the right detergents in order to retain customers, keeping customer records for referals. WEAKNESSES - Not having enought cash-flow Opportunities -Keeping an eye on new markets and reminding customers of your brand (TOM) THREATS - Having a rival/opposition setting the same kind of business right next to yours, with better cash-flow OVERALL - enjoying what you are doing and pleasing your customers. OPERATING HOURS -time keeping is vital, don't let customers wait for you to open. Keep up with competition and enjoy what you do = prosperity

Knowing what customers want or expect
Running a laundry has taught me the kind of detergents that work best (soap, stain remover, fabric softener, etc. Have also learnt to form good relations with customers, know how they prefer their clothes to be done. Make them feel important, call them randomly to find out if they are happy with our services. if not,find a solution.
Pros: Keep time for starting work, always arrive early to prepare for the day
