My career journey has been a good opportunity for learning and growth

I'm a fast learner, work well individually and within a team, I have grown in my career as when I first entered Hanes as a learner , because of my hardwork and dedication I got promoted to HR Officer. The challenging aspect of my job is dealing with rude employees but I take that challenge as a learning curve , I have learnt problem solving skills , human relation skills and dealing with different kinds of behaviors. I also learnt woring with National Bargaining council , doing application for sick cheques and learnt to fill forms such as ui19 and service cards.

Pros: Good environment for Development
Cons: Walking up and down in the factory everyday

Very fast moving

HigFadt moving, very paper driven. Creates opportunities and challenges you.. Long staff retention. Very fair company to work for. h paste environment. Very paper driven.

Multitasking

Only problem is that there is too much work to be done for one person u did stick to your job title u could be a manager but u will be packing boxes checking truck being loaded u have to be an abounded there was no such like that is not my job one person did two two or three people job but salary was not too good
