*Typical work day - orning meetings with team and boss. Allocation of tasks for the day. Assisting colleagues and other departments to achieve the tasks at hand and ensuring its completed 100%. Lunch with colleagues and discussing where we need to improve and assisting anyway possible. Making sure daily tasks are complete before end of day. *Relationship with Co-workers-A good relationship with everyone always willing to make friends and assist in anyway possible. *What you have learnt-I've learnt that working well with others always leads to being able to get the job done. *What u enjoyed most-The friendly environment and a positive attitude towards the place. *The most challenging aspects of the job - Constant daily changes to the systems and platforms making the job really challenging.

Pros: You need to give the work the 100% it deserves to accomplish what you need to achieve.
Cons: 9 hour shift... Even put in extra hours

Good skills acquired

Great work place with great colleagues, Management worked well with all of us, great open door policies and incentives for great wprk, great place to work for. Learnt a lot and was trained to be a manager at a early stage. Great opportunities, sadly our whole department was retrenched as per.

Pros: Good environment to work in
Cons: Got retrenched
