Excellent learning curve.
On a daily base I attend to review all the tender applications I have. I set out my day by dairying my day ahead the day before. At times i do a weekly dairy. On a daily base i give report on my process. I interact with suppliers, and other client baselines. At the office we work from individual to working in a team between two to 10 co-workers on a daily base depending on the amount of work. My relationship with co-workers are great. We work as a team and make sure that our deadline is reached. On an individual base it is the same. I make sure that i prioritize my important duties first and the least important last. I work well under pressure. I have learned that communication is the utmost importance in all situations. What is more challenging for me is dealing with management that does not communicate and then I have to make a decision and I am not rightfully legal to do so. I enjoy working as a team.

No growth
you put more effort on the job but the salary is way too little, relationship with co- workers is good but sometimes with management is challenging. i have learnt lot of things although i put more effort and salary still remain the same, most challenging aspects is when you work even after hours but you don't get paid for it
