Great test of mental grit
Harbour house being fine dining gives one the opportunity to serve guests with an experience second to none. We have our good and bad days, yet we have to make choices on a daily basis during service on how to improve guest relations and service. I am responsible for all reviews and complaints and seeing to the guests needs and wants help me improve my self as well as the service we offer. Proficient in micros, dineplan, kissflow and staff training and management. Days are long but extremely rewarding.

Great learning curve
Good food service and setting,staff well trained.responsible for rosters, cash ups, micros inventory, planning, functions, staff management including HR and guest relations

Cons: None except for no real chance for advancement
