Great learning curve

jjsjdjsdjIt is really great working at Hracourts Real estate and to be part of such a dynamic company. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and we have become very good friends. I have grown so much as a person since working at Harcourts and I am so grateful for everything that I have learnt. What I enjoy is when we come together like a family. At Harcourts you are never alone.

Being patient, working under pressure, new opportunities

The is no growth in the field of estate. You not sure what impact to expect every morning. You not sure how the Deeds Office or banks have declined your deals and you'll have to explain matters to clients and Agents. Sometimes it might seem like your fault. Working with a boss who can turn a mood at anytime and starts blaming things on your work. The word sorry doesn't work here. You are killed emotionally.

Work experience

Great work experience especially for part time work . I am a BsC microbiology , biochemistry degree holder . With different work experience in different companies. I have my own vehicle , willing to travel / relocate and am extremely computer literate . I work hard , accurate and precise , and am currently on the job market.

Lots of freedom with regards to own time

Great opportunity to make good money if you are very organised and efficient. Need to have significant capital reserves at startup to carry you for the first 6 months plus until you receive your first commission payment

Great learning curve with client interactions and general admin duties.

A relaxed environment with positive attitudes from co-workers. Great learning curve for client interactions and general admin duties. Learnt an in house system, client interactions, telephone etiquette, general filling, email etiquette and advert preparations. Enjoyed the relaxed environment and good relations with co-workers.

Cons: Pay
